Provide initial M&E scheme advice to look at external plant, service risers, plant room and louvre requirements for submission to planning. This will include looking at internal plant space requirements and ensuring the planning drawings have sufficient space for the future M&E installations and incoming services requirements.
This will include:
- Looking at the location of internal and internal plant space.
- Making sure the building layouts works as a whole for the M&E installation requirements.
- Building space planning for main service risers (sizes and locations).
